How UPYOG Bihar Works
UPYOG Bihar is the state's single window for municipal services, run by the Urban Development & Housing Department for the Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) of Bihar. Citizens apply, pay and track services in one place, and ULB staff process them through the same platform, so every city follows the same steps and timelines. The portal works in Hindi and English. Here is what it brings together:
